Can I return/ exchange an item?
After receiving your product you have 7 days to contact us for a return slip that will be emailed to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the items. We CANNOT REFUND open product or used product, if the sticker on product is ripped or tamper with we CANNOT REFUND you for those products. Refunds will be return to the original form of payment. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return slip.
A party in a box that I want is out of stock?
We try our best to predict how many clients will order each box and items. If something is sold out, please contact us at email@example.com
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the U.S.
How much is shipping and how long will it take to receive?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $10.
Pleas allow 1 to 2 days to process and fulfill your order.
For USPS Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail 1-3 Day shipping.
For USPS First Class Package Service will take 1-4 business days to get to you.
Delivery time can be affected by weather and holiday, as we recommend to order 2 weeks out before your event date.
We ship out of the Chicagoland area.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
I don’t see a theme I’m looking for?
We would love to hear from you, please reach out to us about party ideas at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to create a soiree in a box.
I gave you the wrong address. Can you change it?
Please let us know ASAP, has we do process our orders with in 1-2 days. After the package has left our warehouse, we unfortunately can not change the address. If the carrier returns the package we are happy to reship the package to the correct address. Please contact us at email@example.com
