After receiving your product you have 7 days to contact us for a return slip that will be emailed to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the items. We CANNOT REFUND open product or used product, if the sticker on product is ripped or tamper with we CANNOT REFUND you for those products. Refunds will be return to the original form of payment. Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage or wrong order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lost or Stolen Package
If your item is lost or stolen after we ship from our warehouse, we are no longer liable for that item. Please file a claim with the delivery service you pick out. Make sure to have your tracking number when you call the shipping company. We will take a look into each claim and we will do our best to solve the issue.
